Connect with Concordia students and recent graduates with disabilities across all disciplines seeking full-time and part-time employment and internships!

Date: Wednesday, October 1, 2025
Time: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Location: Concordia University - John Molson Building (MB) 9th floor
Join us to promote your programs, gain visibility and find diverse talent!
Employers attending the fair should be actively hiring.
CAPS will not be collecting resumés or sharing student contact information, but you will have ample opportunity to connect with students during the fair.
Employers will have access to a break room as well as a room designated for interviews for more private conversations.
Cost
- Government and non-profit: $249 + tax
- Private companies: $349 + tax
Your participation includes:
- One table (6 ft x 3 ft) and two chairs
- Access to electricity and internet
- Continental breakfast
- Lunch for up to two representatives and coffee, tea and water
Registration
- Already have an employer account with CAPS? Register for the fair.
- To create an employer account, submit your information here. Once your account has been approved, you may register for the fair.
- Registrations are subject to approval. Third-party recruiters are not accepted.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 10 days before the event to julia.stein@concordia.ca.
