You'll have the chance to meet Concordia students and recent graduates. Recruit for full-time, part-time, internship and Co-op positions.
The Concordia Career Fair is open to students across faculties:
- Faculty of Arts and Science
- Faculty of Fine Arts
- Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science
- John Molson School of Business
Employers are also invited to participate in the John Molson Career Fair on Monday, September 22, 2025.

Date: Monday, September 15, 2025
Time: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. (set-up from 9 a.m.)
Location: Centre Sheraton Montréal

Fees before July 1, 2025:
- Government organizations and non-profits: $550 + taxes
- Private companies: $750 + taxes
Fees after July 1, 2025:
- Government organizations and non-profits: $650 + taxes
- Private companies: $850 + taxes
Your participation includes:
- One table (6 ft x 3 ft) and two chairs
There is space for one or two pop-up/roll-up banners behind your table. - Access to electricity and internet
- Continental breakfast
- Lunch for up to three representatives, and coffee, tea and water
Registration
- Already have an employer account with CAPS? Register for the fair.
- To create an employer account, submit your information here. Once your account has been approved, you may register for the fair.
Registrations are subject to approval. Third-party recruiters are not accepted.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 10 days before the event to kristel.kabigting@concordia.ca.
