Check status of your request
Haven't heard back? Check your ID status.
You are on step 2:
What is the status of my ID?
If it’s been more than 48 hours since you successfully uploaded your photo and government-issued photo ID and you still haven’t heard anything what should you do?
If your photo was accepted
You should have received instructions for picking up your ID card. Check that the reply got sent to the inbox folder associated with your Concordia account*. If you can't find a reply, you should check the status of your ID.
If your photo was rejected, you need to resubmit it following the same steps. The email notification will tell you what was wrong. Make sure you choose a new image when necessary!
Why was my photo rejected?
Before submitting a new photo, please read the email you received in full.
Please do not submit a rejected photo as it will continue to be rejected.
If you need help understanding the requirements, try reviewing the photo requirements. Remember this is an official identification. No doubt you look great in your favourite photo, but it may not be a good fit for your ID card.
*The pick-up confirmation email is sent to your Concordia email address. Some email account settings will place emails received from this application into their junk, clutter, or spam folders. Please continue to monitor all folders for a response to your photo submission.
