Introduction
Concordia University recognizes the importance of promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all members of its community. Whether they happen on or off campus, injuries and near-misses are treated with care, as they follow a strict procedure of reporting and investigation.
Policy overview
This Policy sets out the requirements for the reporting, investigation and management of injuries and/or near-misses. More specifically, it outlines the roles of students, employees, supervisors/instructors, Campus Safety and Prevention Services, and the Environmental Health and Safety department, when addressing these injuries.
