Introduction
With over 200 venues on campus, ranging from classrooms and small conference rooms to banquet halls, large theatres, and amphitheatres, Concordia University can host a wide variety of events. How you reserve a space and plan your event depends on the type of venue you need and whether you are a member of the Concordia University community or an external client.
Policy overview
The Policy on the Temporary use of University Space (VPSS-24) ensures that the use of University facilities aligns with Concordia’s core mission and values. It promotes responsible space management while recognizing the unique social needs of the campus community. To reserve a space and plan an event, both members of the University and external clients must adhere to the conditions, rules, regulations and policies related to the temporary use of University space.
