President's Task Force on Anti-Black Racism

Concordia formed the President's Task Force on Anti-Black Racism in 2020 to develop initiatives to address race-related among its members and across the university. Its work concluded in 2022 with the publication of its final recommendations.

Implementation of Recommendations:
President’s Task Force on Anti-Black Racism

Reporting to Concordia's Equity Office, an implementation team works transversally across the university and with external partners to address a broad spectrum of policies, hiring and promotion and teaching and learning practices to improve the experiences of Concordia's Black faculty, staff and students.

Standing Together against Racism and Identity-based Violence (STRIVE)

Concordia's STRIVE task force is a continuation of the university's commitment to addressing systemic discrimination, identity-based violence, and hate on campus and beyond.
