Volleyball Winter 2025
League Information
Advanced Volleyball A/B
For teams and players with a lot of experience in competitive organized volleyball. Excellent fundamentals, full understanding of 5-1 offence, quick attacks, and back row attacks are to be expected.
Dates: Jan. 13 – March 31
Day and time: Monday, 7 – 11:30 p.m.
Cost: $850 per team (6 players minimum - 12 players maximum)
Leagues:
- League A – 6 teams
- League B – 6 teams
Location: Concordia gymnasium, Loyola Campus
Registration dates
Dec. 11 – 18 or until spaces fill up (link will appear on the registration date)
No in-person registration
Equipment
Intramural teams must have a light & dark numbered jersey color. The department will not supply pinnies or jerseys. We will have balls to use, but we recommend teams/players bring their own as well.
Who can participate
Open to students, staff, alumni and the general public, males and females.
The league will be separated into two leagues A & B after the first week, in hopes to make the two leagues the most balanced as possible.
Team registration, as well as individual player registration. The individual sign ups will be a try out, if the caliber of the individual player is not strong enough for the Advanced league, we will refund the individual player. However, this means they will not have a place in the league.
Winning teams will be guaranteed a place in the next season registration. Winter 2025 winners are guaranteed for Fall 2025.
Intermediate Volleyball
Suitable for players of any skill level and any experience level.
Dates: Jan. 15 – April 2
Day and time: Wednesday, 7 – 11:30 p.m.
Cost: $850 per team (6 players minimum - 12 players maximum)

For teams and players with reasonable amounts of volleyball experience. Teams should have a decent grasp of 5-1 or 4-2 offence, and players should have consistent fundamentals and solid spiking ability.
Dates: Jan. 17 – April 4
Day and time: Friday, 7 – 11:30 p.m.
Cost: $850 per team (6 players minimum - 12 players maximum)
Teams: 12 teams total
Location: Concordia gymnasium, Loyola Campus
