Do your research on:
Where you can go, the cost of going abroad, and what it’s like living abroad. Tips on where to find this information can be found on our How to Select Your Host web page. You can also chat with a Student Exchange Ambassador to hear directly from recent exchange students about their experiences.
Meet with a faculty advisor or an International Liaison Officer at Concordia International (if needed):
International Liaison Officer (ILO) (for non-academic questions)
Faculty Exchange Advisors (for faculty-specific eligibility requirements, academic questions). Information on how to contact your faculty exchange advisor can be found on your faculty’s exchange website:
- Read through the exchange application guide and complete the online exchange application.
Application deadline:
Students must complete their online Concordia International Exchange Program (CSEP) application by:
- February 1 for students planning to go on exchange in the fall term, winter term* or full year.
- June 1 deadline for students planning to go on exchange in the winter term*.
*NOTE: The CSEP is a competitive program. There are a limited number of spots available per term for each partner university. Students that apply in the first round of applications will be allocated spots first. As such, there may not be spots available for all partner universities for students applying for the June 1 deadline. Students are encouraged to apply for the February 1 deadline to increase their chances of being placed at the partner university of their choice.
