Book the Garnet Keys

Members of the Garnet Key Society can be called up to act as official hosts, to welcome guests and/or be guides at university-organized events.

Please note that as students, members' main priority remains their studies. With that in mind, plan to contact us well in advance of any scheduled event, or a minimum of ten (10) working days, by emailing vicepresident.garnetkey@concordia.ca.

Although Garnet Keys agree to attend as many events as possible, they cannot guarantee their availability. You may consider a fall-back plan when planning your event.

Once booked, members commit to remain for a specific time period but not longer. In order for them to carry out their duties properly, we recommend you brief members thoroughly prior to the event.
