Uploading documents

You can upload your documents online.You can also upload documents by logging in to the Student Hub and going to My CU Account. 

View the step-by-step guide for uploading documents. You can always upload documents after your application has been submitted.

Missing documents

View which documents are missing from your file by visiting your Student Centre. You can also access your Student Centre by logging in to the Student Hub ad going to My CU Account. Once you have opened up to the My Student Centre, you will see the "To do list" on the right-hand side of the page.

Items are still on my to-do list after I submit them

It can take several business days before documents are processed and removed from your ‘To do list’ in your My Student Centre.

Documents received

View which document we have received by visiting your Student Centre. You can also access your Student Centre by logging in to the Student Hub ad going to My CU Account.  Once you have opened My Student Centre, click on “view list of documents received” on the right-hand side under the To-Do list.
