Graduate Poster Presentations
Graduate students are encouraged to present their research as a poster, sponsored by their supervisors. To submit your poster, send the title and abstract of your presentation to Melina Mailhot (melina.mailhot@concordia.ca).
Poster presentations will be organized digitally. The posters will be judged by a panel in order to select 2 top contenders for a cash prize.

Abstracts and papers
Abstracts of the contributed and invited papers are to be submitted through the Springer conference management website.
Selected papers may be published in the Springer Conference Proceedings series following the recommendation of the reviewing panel. Important dates for the flow of submitted papers are as follows.
- First submission: February 15, 2021
- Assignment of reviewers: February 15, 2021
- Review due date: April 12, 2021
- Decision Notification: April 26, 2021
- Final submission: May 10, 2021
