To register for a first aid training offered by Emergency Management, please complete and submit the form below.
Cancellation policy
For First Aid and CPR (8 hours)
If you are unable to attend the training session please email Emergency Management at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date at emergency.management@concordia.ca
Please note: Cancellations made by telephone will not be accepted.
- Training participants whose cancellation request is received more than 48 hours prior to the training session date, will not incur a cancellation fee.
- Training participants who cancel less than 48 hours of the scheduled session or fail to attend the training session will incur a 25$ cancellation fee upon their next subscription.
For Workplace First Aid and CPR (16 hours)
This course is only open to CERT trained employees of Concordia University only. A minimum of 6 full business days notice is required for cancellations for this course. Failure to provide appropriate notice will result in a fee being charged to your department should your absence impact minimum attendance requirements.

Course cancellation by Campus Safety and Prevention Services
Should it be necessary for Campus Safety and Prevention Services to cancel a course due to low enrollment, instructor illness, lack of available venue or defective equipment, your registration will be transferred to another course.
