Programs

Our undergraduate and graduate programs equip you with the necessary skills to create journalism and think critically about the profession and society.

You’ll have access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, nearly two dozen scholarships, and a diverse range of internships and other training opportunities.

Undergraduate

The Major in Journalism (BA) gives students the skills and training required to become great journalists in today's rapidly changing digital environment, through a mix of practical and theoretical courses.

Our digital production workshops emphasize practical skills (audio, video, writing, photography and multimedia), with newsroom standards applied to all assignments and activities. You’ll cover events just like working professional journalists. Our theory-based courses focus on the meaning and value of journalism in a democratic society.
