About this tour

Tour duration: 34 minutes

In this tour, we will experience eight artworks in the Concordia public art collection through the theme of ‘nature and the city,’ exploring this question in both formal and art-historical terms. In the context of a university campus that is nestled into a downtown centre, we ask the viewer to contemplate how images and evocations of nature contribute to the role of public art in city life.

We invite you to pause the audio and take a closer look at the artwork at any time.
