Drawing on focus group conversations with grandmothers in 7 countries, this presentation will focus on normative assumptions of what it means to be a good grandparent.
This workshop will provide you with some of the fundamentals in the interdisciplinary field of oral history. Participants will learn about an oral history approach to interviewing, ethics in research, and the many ways that oral histories are shared with the public.
When looking at your transcript, ever wonder what those acronyms attached to your grades mean? These are our Administrative Notations (some examples are INC, DNW). This session will teach about the different notations, what they mean, which ones you can apply for and which ones may be added by your professor or the University!
