Picking up your ID

You've uploaded your photos and received a pick-up confirmation email. Now, you’re all set to drop by and see us!

You are on step 3:

Before stopping by the Card Services office

  1. Ensure you received a confirmation email informing you that your card was printed and is ready to be picked up.
  2. Bring your student ID number and a piece of government-issued photo identification. Without them, we cannot give you your student ID.

You must pick up your ID card yourself. Another person cannot get it for you. We also cannot mail your ID card.
