Replace your ID card

If you already have an ID

It’s the same procedure to renew, replace or get a new student ID in person.

  1. Register for at least one course, then wait 24 hours. 
  2. Drop by Card Services where staff will take your photo and issue your card. (We do not accept digital photos.)
  3. Bring your student ID number and a piece of government-issued photo identification. Without them, we cannot issue your student ID.

Fee

Fee is charged directly to your student account.

  • New card: $13.35
  • Renewal of an expired student ID: $13.35
  • Replacement of a lost student ID: $25

You will need a new one. Bring your expired card to the Card Services office, so our staff can renew it. We will charge the $13.35 renewal fee directly to your student account.

Stop by Card Services for a replacement. Make sure you registered for at least one course and that you did so at least 24 hours ago. We will charge the $25 replacement fee directly to your student account. If you find an ID card, please return it to the closest Protection and Prevention desk on campus or to the Card Service office.

Follow the university's name change process, then stop by Card Services with your old card. We will issue you a new student ID free of charge.
