Working with IITS

Mention that you are from Fine Arts and provide your netname. This will expedite the central IT team to put your ticket in the Fine Arts queue.

• Call ext. 7613 - a service agent will gather the correct information
• Fill in the web form at http://www.concordia.ca/it/support/open-a-ticket.html 
• Email help@concordia.ca: provide as much detailed information as possible with screenshots, etc.

Always provide complete information:  

• Your netname
• Phone number where you can be contacted
• Computer type (Mac or Windows PC)
• Error description – Provide context and error description – What were you doing and what happened?

Workshops on software and hardware are offered online and in-person and cover a variety of audio-video tasks.

Faculty may request workshops in their classes.
